Character: It is yellow-orange yellow powder, and soluble in water as hyaline liquid. It also soluble in alcohol; propanediol, but also soluble in oil. PH value not influence the color, and it is stable in PH 4-6 and PH 8-11. The color is more bright in PH 8-11. It has most long absorption wave: 440nm. It also have heat-resisting; salt-resisting; reduction-resisting and microorganism resisting. But it has not well light-resisting when it is in PH 4-6.

It is stable when it dye the protein and starch, but it is not well stable if put the protein Dyed into the water. It will change as black color if it meet the iron ion, but it is very stable if it is meet any other metal ion.
