Greengage: It is the Rosaceae plant , botanical name :Aemeniaca mume Sieb, [ Prunus mume Sieb] .,the greengage is its' young fruit.
It have very rich natural organic acid : Citric acid; Malic acid ; Ursolic acid; Fumaric acid ; Succinic acid and SOD ; 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde.
It also have rich Vitamins: V-C ;V-B1; V-B6 and minerals :
The concentrate juice : color -brown liquid ; taste- very tart , a little sweet .
